Another week with more powder days in the forecast as the snow just keeps coming! Look at Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado for the deepest powder this week (April 15-19). And there will be more snow next week as well. It is the season that keeps on giving…
Short Term Forecast
The Forecast for Monday 4/15 – Tuesday 4/16
Monday and Tuesday will bring snow from the West Coast to the Rockies with 2-10 inches in California, Utah, and Wyoming.
The Forecast for Wednesday 4/17 – Thursday 4/18
During the middle of the week, the storm will move east, and areas along the continental divide (Montana, Wyoming, Colorado) should see the best powder.
The Forecast for Friday 4/19– Sunday 4/21
For Friday and the weekend, most of the United States will not see much snow in the forecast, though there could be significant totals in northern British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
The Outlook for Monday 4/22 – Friday 4/26
Incredibly, we could return to snowy weather in the Rockies next week with a storm around April 21-23 and another one on or just after April 26. If you’re motivated to continue searching for powder, there will be more to find!
